Registration of IT Company and Call Center requires to fill out an online form at the PSEB website with required particular detail, including the nature of services provided, business address, number of employees with their designation etc. After filling the required information, the required documents are attached along with the form and submitted for PSEB’s crutiny.

Following steps should be followed for registration of call center

  • Signup and create a login (the login credentials will be given by email automatically).
  • Fill out the online registration form, upload required documents (i.e., CNIC of all Directors or Shareholders or Partners or Proprietor), and submit for initial approval (submission with missing mandatory information may be declined).
  • After getting initial PSEB approval, the requisite deposit fee, upload payment receipt, and submission for final approval.
  • Once the registration payment is verified, processing and issuing the provisional letter usually takes 2-5 working days (valid for 60 days).
  • The registration will be confirmed on physical verification and site examination of the respective call center premises by PSEB.
The applicant will be required to submit a request for physical verification of their premises and upload all applicable documents as mention below to complete the verification process:

  1. Business NTN
  2. CNIC of all Shareholders or Directors or Partners or Proprietor
  3. Passport copy of Shareholders or Directors or Partners for the foreign nationals.
  4. Attested copy of the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association (for SECP registered companies only)
  5. Attested copy of Form 29 for SECP registered companies only.
  6. Attested copy of Incorporation certificate (for SECP registered companies only)
  7. Attested copy of the Partnership deed for respective Partnership based firms)
  8. Attested copy of Firm registration certificate (for registered firms)
  9. Business Bank Statement for preceding six months.
  10. In case of new account, Business Bank Account Letter or Certificate

In case of no objection, registration is completed, and the certificate is dispatched to the mailing address provided in the form.
